Yoga, lake immersion and meditation evening

Release, regulate, refresh, relax & restore
Join us at Mercers Lake, Merstham for an outdoor evening of restoration and decompression, Held outdoors under the open sky and surrounded by nature and water fully encourages a profound sense of grounding and wellbeing.
My aim is for you to leave feeling refreshed, restored, renewed, emotionally lighter, and deeply connected to yourself :) Together we will:
Release & regulate through gentle Yoga/somatic movement for release of stress & tension & nervous system regulation
Refresh with a guided mindful dip in the lake followed by hot tea and a scrummy snack
Relax under the sky and practise warming breathwork
Restore deeply wrapped in a cosy blanket with a guided meditation
I have lovingly designed the evening specifically to help you to:
Decompress from your busy life
Soothe and regulate the nervous system
Allow tension and stress to soften
Create space for you to feel lighter, calmer, and more present
Transform your sense of wellbeing and aliveness
What the evening looks like
Gentle Yoga and somatic movement - 6:30pm-7:15pm:
Set to beautiful music, specifically tailored to work with the nervous system and vagus nerve and to help gently release stuck tension and emotions from the bodyGuided mindful lake immersion - 7:15pm-7:55pm:
An expert led guided mindful dip in the stunning lake to help you become deeply connected to your senses, gain a sense of being immersed in nature and allow the benefits of the cool water to soothe and cleanse your body, calm the mind and restore the soul.Hot tea and yummy snack - 7:55pm-8:05pm:
You will be served a cup of hot herbal tea to warm you from the inside out plus a scrummy homemade vegan snack made by me!Warming breathwork session - 8:05pm-8:20pm:
Together we will practise 2 different breathing (pranayama) practises. The first one will be perfect for heating up from the inside after the lake dip and enlivening your spirit. The second will be for calming and slowing down ready for meditation.Cosy guided meditation - 8:20pm-8:40pm:
Wrapping ourselves up in blankets and getting cosy under the sky to end with a long, deeply restorative guided meditation for peace, calm, relaxation and ease.I have lovingly designed the evening specifically to help soothe and regulate the nervous system, allowing tension to soften and creating space for you to feel lighter, calmer, and more present.Finish with a soulful poem & a sense of ease and belonging - 8:45pm
